Hence, I pursued a course in Bakery - Confectionery & Canning - Food Preservation from Dadar Catering College, Mumbai and also other culinary courses to achieve finesse and add a professional touch to my hobby.

        When my daughter took up Food Engineering & Technology as her bachelor program, I saw an opportunity to take my skills to the next level and turn my passion into profession. Belonging to a medico family, I have closely observed the alarming rate of rising lifestyle related disorders in our society. As the saying goes, ‘Let food be thy medicine’, I decided to explore the world of healthy snacking and develop a range of go-to options for today’s time crunched professionals. My culinary skills, together with my daughter’s technical knowledge, enabled me to realise my dream – Poshtique!”
